Anhui Botai Electronic Materials Co., Ltd. was established in May 2016. At present, the company's business has covered three major business sectors: high-purity trimethylaluminum, MAO cocatalyst and ALD/CVD precursor. Its products mainly include photovoltaic-grade trimethylaluminum (5N), semiconductor-grade trimethylaluminum (6N) methylaluminoxane (MAO), modified methylaluminoxane (MMAO) and PDMAT, TDMAT, Cp-Zr, TEAL and other ALD/CVD precursors. It is widely used in the manufacturing process of memory and logic semiconductors such as DRAM and NAND to meet various required characteristics such as electrode materials and wiring materials.
The company is the only domestic enterprise to realize the industrialization of high-purity trimethyl aluminum and methyl aluminoxane (MAO), with customers in integrated circuits, liquid crystal displays, semiconductor lighting, photovoltaics, petrochemicals and other fields, and its products are exported to Japan, Taiwan, Canada, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and other countries and regions.
