Economic News (Zhao Xinping, Xu Rui) Recently, Qujing Power Supply Bureau independently developed the first "electronic evaluation system for power supply and consumption contracts" on-line operation. The system uses electronic process to replace the manual paper text transmission review method, which overcomes the shortcomings of heavy workload and long time consumption of manual paper transmission method. Through the optimization of the power supply contract review process, the "parallel" review of unrelated review contents is implemented at the same time, thus the time consumption of power supply contract review is reduced by about 70%, and the waiting time of each link is greatly shortened, this allows customers applying for industrial expansion to use electricity at a faster rate.

In order to effectively shorten the review time, Qujing Power Supply Bureau strictly controls the allocation and use of ID to ensure that the electronic signature and handwritten signature in the system have the same effect and seriousness. At the same time, the maximum time limit for the review of each link is stipulated, and the reviewers must be required to complete the review within the specified time. The third is to speed up the response speed of feedback of review opinions. All review opinions will be annotated in red and fed back to the draughtman, and the revision will be completed on the day when the opinions are put forward. Fourth, strictly electronic review contract filing, all review opinions can be traced and queried, which is convenient for historical browsing and responsibility tracing, and strengthens the seriousness of contract review.
