Chemical & Physical Properties:
Colorless liquid with pungent odor, melting point: -78C, boiling point :111 to 112C, relative density: 1.05g / ml. Flammable, reacts violently with oxidants. Water decomposition of dimethyl phosphite. Immiscible
with organic solvents.
Applications:
Mainly used for the deposition process in the production of wafer fab-rication process to produce phosphorus silicon glass ( PSG) and bo-rophosphosilicate glass (BPSG). Important electronic chemicals forA the manufacture of semiconductor, discrete devices, micro- -electro-mechanical systems (MEMS).
